1. General Terms
These Terms apply to all services provided by BestTrip, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, tours, Umrah/Hajj packages, car rentals, and related services.
By using our platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement.
- BestTrip reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website.
2. Bookings & Payments
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from airlines, hotels, or service providers.
- Prices are displayed in the selected currency but may vary due to exchange rates, taxes, or supplier changes.
- Full payment or partial deposit (as applicable) must be made at the time of booking. Failure to pay may result in cancellation.
- Payment methods include credit/debit cards, bank transfers, mobile banking, or other options provided by BestTrip.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellation and refund policies vary depending on the airline, hotel, or service provider. BestTrip will follow their rules strictly.
- Some bookings may be non-refundable or subject to penalties.
- Service charges or processing fees applied by BestTrip are non-refundable.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within the time frame provided by the supplier (usually 7–30 working days).
4. Customer Responsibilities
- Customers must provide accurate personal details (such as passport names, travel documents, and contact information).
- It is the traveler’s responsibility to check visa requirements, passport validity, and other travel regulations before departure.
- BestTrip will not be liable for losses due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
5. Liability & Limitations
- BestTrip acts as an intermediary between customers and airlines, hotels, or service providers. We are not responsible for service failures, delays, cancellations, or other issues beyond our control.
- We are not liable for personal loss, injury, accident, or damages during travel.
- Force Majeure (unforeseen events such as natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, or pandemics) may impact bookings, for which BestTrip holds no responsibility.
6. Privacy & Data Protection
- BestTrip respects customer privacy and ensures protection of personal information in compliance with data protection laws.
- Personal details may be shared with suppliers only for booking and travel-related purposes.
7. Governing Law
- These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Bangladesh (or the country where BestTrip is registered).
- Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with applicable legal procedures.
